My name is Lynne Canning and I have been working in the field of therapeutic body therapy for the past twenty years.
My passion is to facilitate the path to experience a life with a deep sense of peace, contentedness and wellbeing. Whether you have been through some difficult health issues or challenging personnel events , I have developed the skills and tools to support you and help you to bring your life back into balance.
I have studied many different body therapy modalities, but it has been through my own personal health challenges that I have been able to deepen my understanding and gain the most valuable experience.
My specialty and passion is the lymphatic system, and my training at the prestigious Dr. Vodder Clinic in Austria provided me with invaluable clinical training to assist clients through their cancer, lymphoedema and lipoedema journeys.
I provide an integrated approach to health recovery thanks to a holistic background, integrating clinical expertise, but also working with a deeper awareness of the triggering factors at the core of disease , discomfort and dissatisfaction.
I also offer guidance to perceived road blockages or mental limitations and can shed some light on the way forward to a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life.
It was a true pleasure to finally meet someone who both believed me and understood my health issues , I have acted on most of the points raised at my consultation and look forwards to reading the suggested book to see what steps I can take to make every day life more comfortable , one day at a time but the future feels brighter , thank you.
-Linda

I cannot recommend Lynne highly enough. Although I have only seen Lynne twice a week for around three weeks I have seen a massive improvement mentally and physically after MLD. Lynne has a very warm and friendly personality that will put you at ease straight away. I would also like to say Lynne is very understanding of your needs and will always try to accommodate your needs, I always feel so relaxed and able to have a good night sleep after the sessions. I cannot wait to see the final result thank you so much Lynne you have been amazing!
